How to Book Your African Horseback Safari |
|
'It is possible to book through any of the specialist riding safari operators and agents who are also able to organise your flights and any additional lodges or camps to your itinerary as well as a riding safari.
Alternatively, read through our questionnaire carefully. If you are confidently able to tick one of the riding competence levels outlined, you can then check availability with Reservations in the Maun office. If you are in doubt as to whether you meet the required criteria, please contact Reservations who will be able to give you guidance on this.
Once you have secured your dates on safari with Reservations (7-night safaris normally start and end of Fridays) and have forwarded your completed questionnaire, your booking will be held on a provisional basis while you check into flights and other logistics. Once confirmed, your invoice will be issued for your safari and a 30% deposit should be paid within 14 days. Balance of payment should be sent at least 60 days prior to safari start date. This may be paid by Telegraphic Transfer or Visa/MasterCard credit cards. |
